HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE POLVORON / ALA GOLDILOCKS

Hello everyone so for today's vlog. I will teach you how to make homemade polvoron. Polvoron is one of my favorite sweets since I was a child so one of my niece told me, why not tell and share it to all, so everybody can enjoy making this at home. You can use this one for small business as well.


Ok so without further ado, lets start:

A.) Gather all the ingredients needed
a1. Milk ( I prefer Bear Brand Adult Plus para mas healthy :) )
a2. Crushed Grahams
a3. Butter
a4. Flour
a5. Sugar
B.) If you have the polvoron container much better. (silver thingy on my pic)

-For just 300 PHP budget you can make your own polvoron-

STEP1:
1. Preheat the flour in a hot frying pan without any oil. Make sure that the flour will turn into golden brown. Mixed until it becomes brown.

STEP2:
2. Pour on the crushed grahams into the frying pan with flour and mixed it all together.

STEP3:
3. Put the whole butter into the pan with the other 2 ingredients, wait til it melts then mixed.

STEP4:
4. Pour the milk and mixed it. Its better to choose much healthier milk like Bear Brand Adult Plus because its not only yummy but it also boost our immune system againts covid19. Di ba masarap na healthy pa! ;D
NOTE: Any kind of milk is OK, its up to you.

STEP5:
5. Transfer the cooked polvoron into a plastic container, continue mixing and add sugar.

STEP6:
6. You can start giving shape of your polvoron using the polvoron container and putting them in Japanese paper so it will look like one of those lovely polvorons in the bakery.
