Freekeh (freekah ) is a cereal food made from green durum wheat that is roasted and rubbed to create its flavour. It is mstly found in the Middle Eastern region and popular dish. It has a lot source of fiber and protein .
I was taught to make this and this is how I cook this healthy grain.
