In this video, I will show you how to make your own natural cold press soap at home. I’m a beginner just like you and in this video you will see my first attempt!

For this recipe I will be using 4 different oils – olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, and castor oil. This recipe also includes lye which is the chemical that saponifies the soap.

NOTE: I forgot to mention in the video, be sure your oil mixer and sodium hydroxide lye are each at 120-130 degrees F before mixing together.

I had so much fun making my first batch and I hope this video helps to inspire you to make your own soap!
