It reminded me of when I was a little girl and my Dad took me to Mr Biggs! Their meat pies was the best and it had a special taste! Ingredients:
6 cups of all purpose flour
3TBS of sugar
1TBS of baking powder
1TBS of Salt
500g of butter
3eggs (1 extra egg for glazing )
450g of minced meat
1/2 of vegetable oil
2 scotch bonnets
1 medium sized onion
3 small potatoes
1 knoor stock cube
Thyme
