Blackening Rub Ingredients:
2 tbs turbinado sugar
3 tablespoons paprika
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Tony Chachere's
1-1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
