OK, here it is, as promised... COQUITO!!! This is a Puerto Rican Holiday drink often made and gifted among the P.R. and Caribbean culture. It is much like the American Egg Nog but Coconut based, made with or without alcohol. Typically made with Puerto Rican Bacardi Superior RUM. and here is the rest..
TO MAKE THE TEA YOU WILL NEED
- 1tsp anise pure extract
- 1/2 container of whole cloves
- 2 containers cinnamon sticks 3"
- 2 cups water
TO MAKE THE COQUITO YOU WILL NEED
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 2 can coconut creme
- 4tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups 80 proof rum or alc. of choice (optional)
TO MAKE THE TEA YOU WILL NEED
