How to Make Panera's Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

This is literally my go-to breakfast on Sunday mornings. It is wayyyy cheaper to make than to go outside and buy one. I hope you enjoy!! :)

recipe -

3 Pieces of Bacon (I used turkey)
2 Eggs
1 Slice of Cheese (I used Muenster)
1 Everything Bagel

Fry bacon, set aside
Pour beaten eggs into pan and let it cook until the bottom sets.
Flip eggs and cook bottom.
Fold eggs into four sections and set aside.
Toast bagel.
Butter Bagel (optional)


ASSEMBLE!
Place slice on cheese on the bottom layer of the bagel.
Layer the bacon on top of the cheese.
Put the folded eggs on top of the bacon.
To complete, put the bagel top on and enjoy!!
