How to Make Pepper Spray

pepper spray is a chemical compound that irritates the eyes to cause tears, pain, and temporary blindness) used in policing, riot control, crowd control, and personal self-defense, including defense against dogs and bears. Its inflammatory effects cause the eyes to close, taking away vision.

To make your own homemade pepper spray you will need the following ingredients/supplies:
-2 tablespoons cayenne pepper (Chili peper powder)
-Rubbing alcohol
-oil (Baby oil, or cooking oil)
-Coffee filter
-Containers
-Small spray bottle

This should only be used only under the most extreme circumstances because when it comes in contact with the eyes, the nose and the mouth, it is very painful and uncomfortable. The effects can last for up to 45 minutes.
