How to make Picnic Sandwich
Ingredients
For the dough
3 cups of all-purpose flour (375 g), 2 tbsp. of active dry yeast, 2 tbsp. of granulated sugar, one egg, one tsp. of salt, 1/4 tsp. of thyme, 1/4 tsp. of black pepper, 1 cup of warm water (250 ml), 1/4 cup of oil (65 ml)
For the filling
6 large beef sausage, sliced onions, ketchup, mustard
