Description from the creator

I make oatmeal cookies and videotape it at the same time which is harder then you'd think it was.

Recipe:
Mix together and let stand for 2 hours:
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs, well beaten
1 cup raisins
Cream together:
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
Beat until well mixed and add the soaked raisin mixture.
Beat well and add:
2 3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups oatmeal
1 package of white chocolate chips (optional, I didn't use them)
Mix well (but don't over mix) and shape into walnut sized balls. Roll in granulated sugar ( i lost this clip) and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes or until slightly golden brown on the bottom. Do not over-bake.
