Ingredients:
150g room temp. butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
pinch of salt
Glaze:
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 tbsp meringue powder (if not available use fresh egg whites instead of water)
1/2 tsp cream of tartar or 3 drops of lime
500g confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
