I was asked as to how can one make easy safe LARP arrows and bows. here is a quick shot and uloaded vertion- I didn't even take out my good camera!
I hope you will get something out of this.
Always remember- your safety is your responsibility, be aware of your surrounding and what you are doing

materials used:
90 cm long 10 mm diameter beech
10 mm thick camping mat
3 cm thick electronics packing foam
3 cm thick general furnishing foam
contact cement
a 40 mm wide washer with 6 mm inner diameter
duck tape.
