I'm talking about the craving for one of those amazing cheddar bay biscuits - don't worry that's why I'm here. They start out with the basic ingredients - flour, a little sugar, baking powder, and butter. A little fresh grated cheese and buttermilk complete the party. While these little morsels get baked up, we'll make a simple garlic butter that gets lathered over top of the biscuits. One bite and you'll be reminded why they taste so good.
