How to Make Root Beer Popsicles | Two Ingredients | Super Easy Summer Recipe

Summer should be in full swing by now and hopefully you are taking advantage of all that summer is offering. I know that summer this year might look a bit different for all of us this year however one thing remains the same and that is that we all need something that is refreshing to cool us off! This is the perfect recipe because it is easy, there is only two "ingredients" and you can make this all summer long and switch up the Root Beer flavor if you desire! 🔴 Root Beer Float Popsicles

Root Beer, cold
Vanilla Bean ice cream, slightly softened

Make sure your Root Beer is cold before you start this recipe and your ice cream is slightly softened. Pour a small amount of the root beer into each popsicle mold then alternate with the ice cream. Keep doing this until you reach the top. Be careful and move slow because the soda will foam up.
Cover with lid of popsicle molds.
Freeze until fully frozen. To remove popsicles run molds until hot water for a few seconds and remove.
