How To Make Rose Hip Tea - Foraging For Food

Hello everyone! In today's video, I decided to add a twist to something we've done before, Rose hip foraging! I looked up rose hip recipes online and found that the easiest and fastest one you can make is rose hip tea! Rose hip is a great source of Vitamin C (almost 25 times more than oranges!).

This makes rose hip tea a great herbal remedy for colds.

I am so happy that I decided to try it out, because the taste is simply amazing and I'm so happy that I can get it for free from virtually all around me.
