HOW TO MAKE S'MORES CUPCAKES || BakerGirlSteph

In this video I show you how to make S'mores cupcakes with three steps. A graham cracker crust, chocolate cake and a home made marshmallow creme. I hope you enjoy this video!

Recipe //

Graham Cracker Crust:
18 Graham Crackers
1/4 Cup Sugar
6 oz Butter

Chocolate Cake:
6 oz Butter
2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
3/4 Cups Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cups Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 - 22 minutes
Baking time may vary on your oven

Marshmallow Creme:
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1/4 Cup Water
1/8 tsp Salt
2 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
