How to make Simply Awesome Mulled Wine Bondi Harvest

This one is for all our Southern Hemisphere peeps battling through the winter cold!

Ingredients
2 Cups of Water
1/3 Cup of Sugar
2 Cinnamon sticks
5 Cloves
Zest of 1 Orange
Zest of 1 Lime
1 Vanilla Bean
750ml of leftover Red Wine

Method
first you wanna infuse your water with all the spices, sugar and zest. So place a pot over medium heat and throw everything in. Lets this come to the boil and reduce a little before added your wine.
Once the liquid has come back to a rolling simmer allow to continue reducing for a minute before taking off the heat.
