How To Make Sparkling Water in a Keg

I'm a sparkling water addict. Making fizzy water at home is way more cost effective than buying cases of La Croix AND you can get better flavors! *Recipe below

The recipe I used for this soda is below:
Strawberry Mojito Sparkling Water

2.5 gallons filtered water
1 cup mint leaves bruised
juice from 2 lbs strawberries
juice from 6 limes

Equipment:

Juice your strawberries and limes and bruise your mint leaves (I used a mortar pestal to do this)

You can pasteurize your juice if you are going to drink it slow or just throw it all in a corny keg. I put my mint in a hop bag straight into the keg so it doesn't clog the liquid post. Throw your CO2 on at around 30 PSI and roll it for 10 minutes. Let it sit and get cold and Enjoy!
