In this video I show you how I make my son homemade apple puree baby food! It is very simple and great to know exactly what your feeding your baby. Apple puree is also a very good to mix in with other fruits and vegetables. It will add sweetness and more flavor to your babys food. Some of my favorite mixtures are banana, avocado and apple and also Apple, carrot and sweet potato. You can get creative with it. A great way to introduce solids to your baby is with adding a little apple puree to your babys oatmeal or rice cereal. Apple is a great starter food for babys as young as 4 months old depending when your baby is ready to start solids. Always ask your doctor before introducing new foods to your baby!! 🍎
