How to make tasty aloe vera juice at home

Welcome back to my channel.In this video you are watching how to make tasty aloe vera juice .

Making process of aloe vera juice :
Take a fresh aloe vera leaves (4 inch length).First cut the side edges then soak in to water for 20 minutes.Then peel off gently. Then remove all the gel from cover.then blend it with mint leaves and some water.After blending strain it.Then add 2 teaspoon of lemon juice,and 2 teaspoon of honey.Mix it well.
In a glass take some ice cubes.then pour the mixture.add some water.Mix it well.And your tasty aloe vera juice is ready.

Precautions:
Aloe vera juice is not recommended for pregnant women,breast feeding women,women during her menstrual cycle ,people suffering from kidney and lever diseases,people suffering from piles and people with low blood pressure.
