This week we're talking about the Grasshopper cocktail. Not as popular these days but can be considered a classic in it's own right. It dates back 80+ years and has seen multiple ups and downs in its popularity. It even finished 2nd place in a cocktail contest when it was invented. Tastes like a chocolate mint milkshake!
