INGREDIENTS

1 and 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips plus more for topping
5 oz chocolate bar ( i used bitter sweet)
