This pink drink is all made possible with cranberry juice cocktail. We created our sour mix with 1-part lemon, 1-part lime and 2-parts sugar. It seems as if it might be slightly sweet for those that don't care for sweeter cocktails. The Pink Cadillac Margarita recipe can easily be balanced less sweet with a slightly tweak to your sugar content on the sour mix.

However, you can create a pink cadillac margarita with just lime and sugar if you don't want to build out a full sour mix solution. However, it's a pretty easy tequila cocktail for those that want to make a pink cadillac margairta at home.

The Pink Cadillac Margarita
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 2 oz Sour Mix
- 1 oz Cranberry juice

This might be a variation to the margarita, but the cranberry juice isn't just a coloring agent, it's a complete modifier to the flavor. The tart yet dry flavor combined with the sour mix makes the pink cadillac more than just a pink cocktail, but a recipe worthy of your bartending 101 cocktail book.
