How To Make The Rum Sour

Today on Booze On The Rocks, we show you How To Make The Rum Sour Cocktail. A really sharp and tasty sour. I'm not sure why I didn't try this before?? Try this out and tell me what you think. What cocktail should I try this with. Do you have a recipe that you want me to make?

RUM SOUR

INGREDIENTS

2 oz/60 ml Rum
1 oz/30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz/30 ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White (Optional)
3 drops Angostura Bitters
Half Orange Wheel.

METHOD

1. Pour all ingredients into Shaker minus bitters and Orange Piece
2. Shake without Ice 10 sec.
3. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into Rocks glass over ice.
6. Garnish with Half Orange wheel and 3 drops Angostura bitters.
