This recipe is very similar to a thick and chewy chocolate chip cookie only with less flour than I normally use. Flattening the cookies out really thin before baking really helps to get that perfect thickness. Oh and don’t refrigerate the dough. We are going for thin and crispy here!

These thin and crispy chocolate chip cookies have that old-fashioned buttery taste and it really is hard to stop at one! Pass the milk!
