How To Make Toter Trash Can Bear Resistant

Successfully tested on Black Bears in my Florida community. Retrofit your Toter and many other brands of garbage can or trash can to resist animals and wildlife. Including Bear, Raccoon, Dogs, Coyote etc. May not be Bear Proof but there will be additional options for persistent bears. Watch for updates. Help keep wildlife wild! A fed bear is a dead bear! Almost one hundred bears had to be put down in Florida last year by FWC, mostly because they were attracted to people's garbage. We can do better.
