How to make your lawn FLAT and LEVEL - topdressing my lawn with sand

How to make your lawn flat and level, today I will be topdressing my lawn sand. The best way to level out a lawn is to topdress it to raise the level of the lawn and take out undulations. I will be using USGA sand, this is fantastic for levelling a lawn, it helps break down thatch and improve drainage.
