Description from the creator

Hi Guys Today I’m going to show you how to make your own cleaning enzyme or vinegar from apple peels scrap.

At the end of this video, I’m going to show you what it looks like after 3 months and after removing the fermented apple peels.

So, now, we will need apple peels.

For this small 500ml bottle, peels from one apple is enough.
We will also need, 40ml sugar and about 350ml water.

We will combine everything inside the bottle and we will shake it vigorously to mix the sugar and water.

The color of your vinegar will depend on the color of your apple peels. Since we use red apples, the color of the cleaning vinegar will come in reddish or dark pink color.

After 1 months, this is what it looks like, and the conversion of sugar to alcohol is still very active.

After 3 months, this is how it looks like. There’s still some bubbles but its lessen a lot.

After removing the apple peels, this is how it looks like. The color is really nice.

Next time, I’m going to show you my cleaning vinegar made from lemon.

Ok guys, see you next time. Happy making vinegar, bye!
