Description from the creator

Demonstrating step-by-step of how to make your own peacock tail for a Halloween costume, or any occasion where it suits you to have a peacock tail!
Featuring the song "Hip-hop" by Tom Cusack.

You will need: peacock feathers (you can find these at a craft store such as Michael's but I bought mine at a local Halloween store called Evangeline's), construction paper, cardboard, scissors, hot glue, ribbon, and decorations for the base.

First you need to figure out how big you want your base (the cardboard) to be. You figure this out by arranging your peacock feathers how you want them. You will then use this information to cut out your cardboard. Then glue the construction paper to the cardboard. Next glue the feathers to the base starting with the back row and ending with the front row. Your will then glue the ribbon to the inside of the other piece of cardboard so it holds the feathers in the middle when you're wearing your tail. Your can then glue both pieces together and decorate it. Once it's dry, rock your new peacock tail! As Katy Perry would say, show me your peacock!
