Description from the creator

Learn how to match wood stain and finish. We show you how to use water based wood stain and water based urethane to make a new piece of oak look like the broken part that was brought into our workshop.

Staining wood to match can be a tricky process. I went to a professional finisher for advice on this project, and wow, did it ever pay off! I learned about the newest technology in wood finishes and I was able to get great results. I share what I learned as I show you how I matched the stain and finish with this broken furniture part.

The stain I used, isn’t available in big-box stores, so here’s an Amazon link to the SAMAN water based wood stain - amzn.to/2IX71zq
