-A Healthy Dose of Self Love

We will cover how to measure yourself for waist beads in the 3 most popular areas:
1. Above the Belly Button.
2. At the Belly Button.
3. On the Hips.

Where you wear your waist beads is a personal choice and it depends on your purpose for wearing them. Typically if you want to wear them for tracking weight loss you will wear them above your belly button. If you want to use them to set intentions you could wear them at or below the belly button. Remember it's about your personal choice and nobody has to know but you.
