HOW TO: MEASURE YOURSELF FOR A NURSING / MATERNITY BRA

Today my video is explaining how you should fit yourself for a nursing bra.

It is really important to get the correct fit. If you have to option to it is a good idea to get yourself measured by an expert in stores like M&S, John Lewis or Debenhams.

As you will hear in my video we work out the cup size by finding out the difference between the underband and over bust measurements and checking them against the chart below:

0 = A
1 = B
2 = C
3 = D
4 = DD
5 = E
6 = F
7 = G
