Description from the creator

Whether you play guitar or piano or any other instrument in church, playing chords of a song by memory is becoming more and more common in church. How can you learn to play a several songs without a music stand every weekend in your worship band? The way that I can easily memorize 4-5 songs every weekend for a worship service has to do with all the time I invested learning the Nashville Number System. If you can think of the chords of a song as numbers and then memorize popular patterns, you don’t have to memorize a bunch of chords. You just have to know that the chorus of the first song is this popular pattern.

This video covers:

1. What is the Nashville Number System
2. How to think of the chords of a song as numbers, organized by the root chord of the key
3. How to recognize popular chord progressions that are used over and over in songs
