how to ORGANICALLY sun-dry tomatoes

Nothing better than sun-dried tomatoes. When you buy am at the store, they are very expensive. And you’re never quite sure what they are putting in them. If you dry them yourself you can make sure everything is exactly the way you want it at a fraction of the price. One of the most important things that I have found is that you need to either keep them in the hot sun or inside a wind tunnel to make sure there’s never time for mold to grow. In this video I show how easy it is to make a wind tunnel out of a box fan and a old tablecloth. It literally takes about five minutes to make. There’s no tape or glue you’re just using the wind from the Wind tunnel to hold it in place. To speed things up it’s a good idea to remove the seeds because they contain most of the juice. If you like the seeds it is still very possible to dry them with the same method. Hope you enjoy the video
