Whether you know it or not, pageant posing is an art. One of the reasons contestants do well, or look great on stage is because of the way they train their bodies to hold a pose or posture. I'm sharing step-by-step instructions on how to execute a pageant pose for your next competition. This is something that all pageant contestants should practice, until it becomes second nature. This might feel uncomfortable at first, but as you continue to practice, your muscles will remember this position, and it'll be one less thing to think about on stage.
