HOW TO PAINT KITCHEN CABINETS / CUPBOARDS UK makeover on a budget

How to paint kitchen cabinets yourself for under £50! I painted my kitchen cupboards without removing the doors & without much sanding and priming. If you want a kitchen makeover on a budget by painting the units this is the video for you. I'm really pleased with the results so I would encourage anyone to consider doing this before ripping out their entire kitchen!
*Update 2020! The cabinets are still going strong, I've just painted the tiles too! Update here: youtube.com/watch?v=KmdV6aV-vWU&t=36s

Further information:
I used kitchen cupboard paint, as an alternative to chalk paint / Annie Sloan. It's great to paint Laminate Cupboard doors, MDF doors, or Wooden cupboard doors. I used the colour 'Mineral stone' (grey / gray paint), I think white, antique white, dark brown or duck egg blue are all great kitchen door paint colours too.
I used half a tin of the primer & 1 and a half tins of the cupboard paint to do my kitchen which is made up of 11 units.
If you have any questions please post them below, and if you do a similar project, good luck and please let me know how you get on! Here are links to all of the products I used:
