How to pass the real estate exam from a guy who passed the real estate exam...

Ok so I recorded the original video about a year and a half ago and my intention was to do this again for you with more tips and in less time. While I was able to add a few extra tips I picked up from friends, I failed miserably at shortening the video. (Sorry!)
