## 📖 About the Game

Egyptian Rat Screw, also known as Egyptian Rat Slap, Egyptian Rat Tail, or ERS, is a fast-paced slap game for 3–5 players. Players take turns building a center pile, but face cards can trigger challenges and matching cards can cause everyone to lunge for the pile at once. The first player to slap the right combination wins the pile and gets one step closer to collecting all the cards.

This classic card game is easy to learn, requires only a standard deck of playing cards, and is a favorite at camps, family gatherings, and game nights. In this tutorial, you'll learn the basic rules, face-card battles, slapping rules, popular optional variations, and how to win.
