Download the file and drag your video to the program. Choose what ipod/quality you want in the bottom of the program and then choose option "convert" in the right corner. Wait untill the process is done (100%). before you convert the file you can choose where to save the file. Choose "browse" in the video mine is on: C:\users\Lasse\desktop
its your own choice where you wanna save the video. After its processed in the program drag it to Itunes. Attach your ipod to the computer and update your ipod = video on ipod.

This video is edited with camtasia studio - im used to use windows movie maker so its not so good.
