How to properly relocate a bird's nest when it has baby birds in it. Moving a nest full of baby birds is really easy, it just takes time and patients. My neighbor had a bird family move into and build a nest in the neck of his 5th wheel on his RV. Before he knew it, he had 4 chirping little baby birds in the 5th wheel and he was due to travel in a week so they had to be moved elsewhere. He pulled all the nesting out of the 5th wheel and put it in a box. Then placed the baby birds in the nest. I made sure the adult birds knew the birds were in the box and slowly, over the course of about 4-5 hours moved the nest about 20 feet away to a safe location. The birds seem to enjoy they new "condo"! Now for the bird bath...
