Showing a great solution that was pointed my way from another forum and I thought I would share it.

Step 1: take armour out of leathers
Step 2: put jacket / trousers in dryer with 3 new tennis balls and 6 dryer sheets
Step 3: choose no heat / low heat / delicate drying
Step 4: run for 40-45 mins
Step 5: take out and rub with damp cloth
Step 6: repeat if you want
