How to Remove, Fix a glass, window scratch on your car.
Update and review after almost 1.5 years, you can see that it is still good results, need just another glass waxing, the car is so dirty, yet the line is still hardly seen, no intervention was done through the whole 1.5 year, the review is on my other channel:

The car is 2013 Toyota, the grandmother didn't see the metal frame of advertisement fixed after filling up fuel, sloughed the car as seen, very badly deep scratch.

The window glass price is almost 200 Euro with service, so I said will give it a try, coz never treated such deep scratch before.

Please Note that in this video it was a Very long and deep scratch, in minor cases , you will not need the 600 or 800 size sand paper, and just if very minor, just the cream/Soap mixture with clean cloth will be enough and do the job.

Machine or polish rotor Cup is a plus but NOT needed, all can be done manually.

We Will need :

1-Dish washing liquid, and a good quality dish washing sponge if you want to do it manually.
2-Car polish CREAM Tube for polishing plastic and car paint, (not compound or putty or carnauba plate) and not necessary a brand, if not available, then whitening tooth paste will do the job.

3- Sand paper or sand sponge 600, 800, 1000, 2000 particle size for wood or glass, don't use metal sanding paper.
4- Water sprayer or direct water hose.

5_ Clear anti-UV Coat spray or liquor, any brand that tells you that one coat is enough.

Deep scratches on a car window or plastic parts is very annoying and expensive to replace.


Here you will be able to try a DIY fix your self, its almost for free, and worth the shot before being forced by inspection to replace the whole window.
