Welcome back!
In this video you can see how to remove a headset cup from a bike frame. You need a tool to make this easier but of course you can make! your own for less than 5 dollars.

How to make your own?

My tool is a 3/4 " pipe. I cut 4 lines from the end about 15 cm long. If you have 1 " or 1 1/8 " headset this should be fine. If you have 1.5" you have to cut it longer or use a bigger pipe in diameter.
