Adaware Secure Search (also known as Securedsearch.lavasoft.com) is a search engine that replace default start page. The video is a brief instruction how to remove Lavasoft Ad-aware Secure Search from the computer and browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. Usually, the program penetrates the system by using "bundled installation".

Adaware Secure Search Removal guide
1. End Web Companion process
2. Uninstall Web Companion and other unknown programs (that were added recently) from Control Panel
3. Remove Adaware Secure Search from browser or reset the browser settings
Google Chrome: Customize and Control Google Chrome - Settings - On startup - Open a specific page - Remove Adaware Secure Search and put 'about:blank';
Mozilla Firefox: Tools - Options - General - Homepage - Remove Adaware Secure Search and put 'about:blank';
Internet Explorer: Tools - Internet Options - Homepage - Remove Adaware Secure Search and put 'about:blank'
4. Restart PC
