Description from the creator

Learn how to replace existing and future user names connected to all Track Changes comments and edits with the default label Author. **Note that this process will also remove time stamps (time and date) from comments and edits.

This tutorial was created in Word 2016; however, the steps are the same for Word 2019 and Word for Microsoft 365 and similar for Word 2013 and Word 2010.
