Here are the steps in case you missed it in the video

1. Click Start-Run-type in [Regedit] press OK

2. Open up [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT]

3. Open up [CLSID]

4. Click on [645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E]just click on it not open it

5. Double click [LocalizedString]

6. Rename it to whatever you want

7. Refresh your desktop
