How to fix icicle Christmas lights. Icicle lights are harder to fix than single strings. This shows how to almost always fix a set by a clever method to check voltages and track down the problem bulb. Before attempting that I also demonstrate trying to use a non-contact AC tester, and trying to short out a defective shunt by using a piezoelectric spark.
