It's a fact of life, chainrings wear out, and the results can be frustrating: bad shifting, dropped chains, mis-shifts... If you're experiencing things like this, it may be time to replace your old chainrings. This video demonstrates how to remove your old chainrings and installing new ones without having to take off your crank, which saves a lot of time. This trick won't work for smaller size rings, but for most road and cyclocross applications you shouldn't have much trouble.
