Description from the creator

Modern day mountain bike frames require very little maintenance considering what we put them through! However, one area to check on full suspension bikes is the condition of the frame bearings.

If left for too long these bearings can seize and end up damaging the frame so are worth keeping an eye on! Here's how to check the condition of your frame bearings and use a bearing press to remove and replace them if necessary!
