To restore deleted Google Contacts one will have to download the app "Contacts " .
1. Go to the app contacts
2. Click the 3 bars in the top left hand corner
3. Click on the Google account you would prefer to recover the contacts from
4. Go to Settings
5. On Settings, go to the submenu Manage Contacts
6. Click Undo Changes
7. Click on the Google account you would like to prefer to restore contacts
8. Click on the timeframe you would like to restore your contacts from( range between 10 minutes - to custom)
9. Click Confirm
10. Check on your Contacts and you should have your contact(s) recovered
